Acreage and Terrain: A recent survey shows the property to be 105.27 acres. Altitude ranges from approximately 8300 feet on the lower level to approximately 8900 feet at the top. Terrain ranges from gently sloping meadows and patures on both sides of Luna Creek and along the dead end county road, to increasingly mountainous terrain behind the house.
