Interior:

120 Via del Rey:  The driveway is U shaped and enters both on
Wheeler Drive and Via del Rey. 

The living area is spacious and features a wood burning stove
that can heat most of the house on chilly nights.  There is
also a wood storage locker next to the wood stove that can
be stocked from the outside.  Lennox Gas Heat will efficiently
heat the house when the stove is not in use.

The open living floor plan features wood floors throughout. 

The large and numerous windows offer views of the mountains
including wheeler peak.  There are also two doors leading from
the living area out to the large front deck. 

The kitchen has a new range, new dishwasher, new microwave,
and a new ice maker in the wet bar. 

The nice sized master bedroom has new carpet and atrium doors
leading to a small private deck.

Schools:  The home is in the Cimmarron School District and the elementary and middle
school are located in Eagle Nest.  Moreno Valley High School is located in Angel Fire,
and is one of the highest ranked high schools in the USA.
